Plasma coating is the coating treatment technology for rubber
product which uniquely developed by us.
In a vacuum tub, the ionized particle is generated and coating of the whole surface
of a product is carried out by the particle which carried out nuclear ionization. |

is grant and improvement in sealing since the surface of product by which plasma
coating is coated by not to have unevenness and equal thickness of coat and intensity.

of exfoliation is also stopped and much more abrasion resistance and durability
are granted.
Since coating layer is given to the whole surface, adhesion of products is
prevented and the efficiency of auto fitting process is made to raise further.
Since by controlling the flux adjustment valve of gas, coating thickness
can adjust the degree of a reaction and can adjust the coat thickness, coating
processing is possible at low temperature comparatively, the product itself do
not denature with heat, it does not have influence by spoiling the original sealing
performance and durability.
